The quickest way to reach the people who build RightYantra is email: info@sailright.tech. Every message is read by a person. We aim to reply within a few working days; a bug that stops a tool working for everyone is fixed first, and usually faster than that.

There is no account, chat widget or ticket system, by design — the same reason there is no upload. You write, we write back.

Something that does not work is worth telling us about even if you found a way round it, because the next person may not. The details that let us reproduce it are:

• the address of the tool page, or its name;
• your browser and its version, and your operating system or phone model;
• what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead — including any error message, word for word;
• the kind of file involved: its type, roughly how large it is, and where it came from (“a 40-page PDF scanned on an office printer”).

Please do not attach a confidential document. The whole point of this site is that your files never reach anyone else, and that includes us. If the problem only happens with one particular file, describe it, or make a copy with the sensitive content replaced and send that instead.

Many of the tools here exist because someone asked for them. The most useful suggestion describes the job rather than the name: “I need to turn a phone photo of a receipt into a PDF under 200 KB for an expense portal” tells us far more than “add a receipt tool”.

We only build tools that can run entirely in the browser, so a request that needs a server — anything that would mean uploading your file — will get an honest answer rather than a half-version.

To ask about the limited data we do hold, or to exercise a right under data-protection law, write to info@sailright.tech. Our privacy policy explains what that data is — essentially server logs and, where advertising is shown, the cookies set by ad partners — and the opt-outs available to you.
