Runs in your browser · nothing is uploaded
Why it is different
Nothing is uploaded
Every tool runs inside your browser. Open a page, switch off your internet connection, and it still works — because there was never anything to send.
Verify it: open any tool, go offline, use it.
No limits, no account
No file size caps, no daily quotas, no sign-up, no watermarks. The processing costs us nothing, so there is nothing to meter.
No pricing page, because there is no price.
As fast as your device
No upload wait and no server queue. Speed depends on your own hardware, which for most files means the result is there before you have finished reading this.
A 10 MB PDF never crosses the network.

How it works
Every other free tools site works the same way: you upload a file, a machine somewhere else does the work, and you download the result. That machine costs money to run, which is why those sites cap your file size, meter your usage and ask you to sign up.

The work runs where the file already is
Browsers have spent a decade acquiring the capabilities that used to need a server: WebAssembly runs ffmpeg and Tesseract at close to native speed, the Canvas and WebCodecs APIs encode images and video, and the File System Access API reads gigabytes without copying them anywhere. A PDF you merge here is assembled by your own processor, from bytes that never left the tab.
Which is why there are no limits
Bandwidth and compute are the costs that force every other site to meter you. Here both are yours, so there is nothing to meter: no size cap, no daily quota, no watermark and no account. The practical ceiling is your device’s memory, which on a laptop means several hundred megabytes at a time.
And why it matters for private documents
Most files people run through a converter are dull. Some are not: a signed contract, a medical scan, a passport, an interview with a source. Uploading those to a company you have not heard of, under a retention policy you did not read, is a real disclosure — and it is the one this site is built to avoid.
